How we build
We develop all ventures fully in-house, with FLP product, design, engineering and go-to-market experts driving the process. We work in a lean hypothesis-driven, impact-focused manner, operating as a standalone subsidiary with high levels of autonomy and decision making control.
We build ventures following our playbooks for rapid ideation, validation, and refinement, while recognizing that each new business brings its own distinct challenges and uncertainties. No two ventures are the same, and we continuously innovate and adapt our processes to overcome new obstacles and constraints.
